Help pls! Rune Pages Bug

Hi there! I recently had a problem with the rune pages. For a reason I don't know, it looks like the two pages I have are linked. I just can't choose one of the two during the champ select (I've one AP and one AD, but during the selection just one of the two appears), and if I want to add or remove runes the client says I can't make changes due network failure.

I've tried to reinstall, fixes, everything. Nothing happened.

It's getting annoying cause I can't really play with correct runes or setting.

Anyone have a working fix for this
