After game i got 10 lp instead of 20 i get every time.

A window pops up in the screen after you win a game where it says something like servers failed. I get only 10 lp after i click ok and the client closes. It has happened to me several times. And i cant go with it anymore. Wining a 70 minute game and get after all only 10 lp instead of 20-23? i cant accept that. Has anybody found a solution for this, or even got his -10 lp back? Every single answer is a lot appreciated!!
