Permanent Red Buff ring [GAMEPLAY]

Afternoon of 5/26 I noticed a visual bug during one of my games. I was jungling with Sejuani. At one point during the game, when I knew it had been a while since I'd last taken a red buff, I noticed that I still had the red buff indicator ring around my character. I looked at my buff bar to confirm that I hadn't picked it up from a recent kill, and there was no red buff icon. This persisted throughout the rest of the game, which including gaining blue buff and picking up future red buffs.
