Help Please :)

I've been having a problem recently with champ select in ranked. Sometimes (20%) of the time when it's my turn to pick a champ to play, before the timer hits 0 it automatically makes me dodge. This is very frustrating since it happens so often and i keep losing LP. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a problem with my computer or internet? Or is a client error?
