Aram Champion Select lobby not appearing

When I play an aram game after logging in, it works fine. However, everytime after the first game, I completely skip the Champion select lobby and join the Loading screen. I cant change my runes or masteries. It just says (Not Responding) till the champion select lobby is over. And this only happens with ARAM. I can play other modes perfectly fine. But for ARAM only the first game after logging on works fine, the others just annoying since I would have to play Pantheon with ap runes and masteries or fiddlesticks with ad runes and masteries.

This started to happen just recently after I got a new computer.
