[Gameplay] Rift Herald buff in Ranked doesnt charge Corruption

hey guys, i had this bugg where the rift Herald buff on Chogath wasnt working , it stopped at 42 charges and i didnt do the Extra Magic Damage. Items were Hextech Protobelt, Dorans Ring, Boots of swiftness,Ludens Echo and Control ward. 3 games before that game somebody in my Team had the same problem that the buff just didnt charge and Corruption didnt go off. Can you please check that out ?
