[Client] Connection issue, relation with another bug

I've been play some league lately and I've noticed something. The connection issue bug happens after I set up my masteries too fast. I've noticed that when I set up my masteries really fast by just clicking which ones I want without thinking about it, it causes the masteries to freeze up and wont light up anymore. They just sit on what it registered not displaying anything else. This carries over from game to game. When this happens, I see the connection bug. When I don't do this, I have no problems connect to the servers and no issues loading. Please check this out because it may be part of the problem.

Steps to recreate: 1: join a game 2: after your champion is chosen, Manually enter masteries as fast as you can 3: Watch as the mastery bug takes place 4: load into game (even though 10/10 it wouldn't let me)
