FPS drop

I used to play in around 160-190 fps but suddenly after the new patch my fps has dropped down to 110-125 And sometimes in team fights it goes down to 90-100. If anyone can help me please, i play on a Laptop with 16gb ram 4gb gtx 1050 i7 7th generation
