LOL Crashes in Loading screen

I searched through 10 posts and no one had any answers to it, no one from riot really helped with solving this. For some reason the game crashes in the loading screen and it says that it might be a firewall issue or something like that. It gives you an option to restart but every time i try that it keeps crushing. I tried re installing, repairing, adding exceptions to my firewall, everything it just doesnt work, please help im a big fan of league of legends and i just want to play the game.
