Been waiting more than 24 hours after submitting TICKET #34235213

"An unexpected error occurred while logging in" I keep getting this message over and over and i have reinstalled the game port forward i even shut off my router firewall nothing is working i submitted a ticket and cant even get a response please help

Hi shuuuuuuu! I'm not one of our player support peeps, so I won't be much help in terms of troubleshooting, but ticket responses may be higher than usual, which results in a longer wait time. (Sorry!) Your ticket will be replied to, though!
