[GAMEPLAY] Lux ult does 0 damage to vayne
Vayne tried saying I missed the ult by a hair, but it clearly shows in the replay it hit her spot on, she healed and then the ult hit her and zero damage was done.

This is serious. Anything that is bugged not to kill Vayne must be dealt with immediately.
Yep, that's clearly within the hitbox. Upvoted in hopes someone at Riot will see this.
It's clearly a -200 AP Lux build. The heal was not from Vayne. The heal was actually the negative AP taking effect when your ult hit Vayne. Next time don't build negative AP. :P
The animation of the lux ult is ABOVE the ground, yet all hitboxes are 2d on the ground. You are looking at the ult at an angle down with the camera and it makes the animation look further up at this angle than the hitbox really is
This along with the perspective of vayne being lower on the river makes it look like the ult was right on him but in actuality the hitbox was below vayne and missed.
It might believe this was a bug if there werent also a ton of videos where the ult animation clearly missed and they got hit.

I think you actually did miss by a hair. It only looks like its within the hitbox due to the camera orientation. If you pause right at the moment of your ult going off, you can see that your ult is just below Vayne's model. If you were to change the camera to line up with your ult, it may make it more clear. Unfortunately, thats difficult to do.
Though, I could be wrong, and you found a very fringe case bug.

Not gonna lie but that looks like it missed to me.
For some reason it missed, it did not do 0 damage. You can tell because her passive wasn't reapplied with the ultimate nor did it trigger the passive.

I've had this happen to me a bunch on lux recently, there isn't much consistency to it other than the ult enveloping the entire champion without any part of the champion outside of the ult hitbox.
Looks like a miss to me. If you pause the video right as the laser fires you can clearly see that you aimed slightly to the left of Vayne.

That part of the map, the start of the river in the middle lane is really REALLY weird. I have shot tons of skillshots that were supposed to hit the enemy but didn't. My theory is that the camera is doing some weird shit. To you it seems like you have hit it but if you watch it in top down view then it isn't. But, I have encountered another lux bug, though super rare, sometimes when enemies stay completely still, they won't take damage from lux's ult. I have only come across it once or twice, but it exists.

This happened to my friend who was playing Lux yesterday too. She ulted Jinx spot on and nothing happened.
Lux's ult hitbox is really weird.
Sometimes it doesn't hit when it's supposed to.
Most of the time it hits when it's not supposed to.
This has happened to me too some weeks ago when I was playing Lux, but it happened on the right side of the ramp. I have the Ult on normal cast to see the limits and I made sure it hit a Lee Sin running away. Yet it did 0 damage like it had missed. My team and the enemy were surprised and even told me in the chat that it clearly hit.
That is a clear miss. You undershot her. I get how missing an ult on a snared target can be frustrating. But ya missed, mate.

Yet it's ok when she clearly misses her Q or ult but it still hits you.
As a Vayne main, this interaction seems to work fine. In fact, I think all other skillshots have been bugged for a while now.
Is it that vision bug where lux's ult doesn't hit if she's blinded?
