Game crashes

Hello everyone,

I sometimes get "disconnected" from a game that I am playing in, and the game freezes, and I get the whole "Reconnecting..." dialog with the loading bar. Sometimes, I am able to reconnect once I exit the game and press the "Reconnect" button on the desktop client. However, sometimes I am unable to reconnect to the game, and I see the attached window appear on the loading screen. When I press "Retry," the same window appears after around 15-30 seconds. I do not have any firewalls in place, and I am on the Mac version of the client.

Is this a known issue, and if so, are there any plans to fix it?
