Elise Rappel Bug (Gameplay)

Elise's Rappel has been bugging out for a while. In the recent patch, the bug where she immediately goes back down on an enemy champion after ascending was supposed to be fixed. However, I've been playing her a lot, and straight after rappelling up, I stay in the air for a fraction of a second before going straight back down without me touching anything. This has happened many times in recent games and hopefully someone can look into it. It doesn't happen every single Rappel, but it happens if not every game, 1 out of 2 or 3 games, and multiple times in a game. I don't know if it's just me or if anyone else is experiencing this problem.
