Start button doesn't want to work for only one of my 2 accounts?

When i go onto my main account, I am unable to play a game, but can go to the store or my account. I thought it was a bug so I exited out, re- signed in and got the same issue. After exiting out again, i tried another account and didn't get the same issue and could play games. Going back to my main account, i was getting the problem of not being able to join any games (i was not banned or suspended and never have been). I had a friend try to send me a game request and that didn't work either. Any suggestions to fix this?
