[Gameplay] Ezreal W missing assists

My first game after the 5.9 patch was on Ezreal and the assists granted by buffing allies with his W, Essence Flux, weren't being awarded.

For example, if the enemy ADC is very low and my jungler goes in to secure the kill without having me done damage to said enemy ADC, hitting my allied jungler would normally award me an assist. In this case there were no assists handed out and happened more than once.

With all that being said, I will play a few more games and make sure this bug is happening in other games as well and update this as I find out more.
