League of Legends Crashing on mac constantly

Hi guys, I'm just a person who really likes league, but lately ever since the 5.14 update my game has been crashing constantly, i would enter and load a game perfectly fine, but within 5 to 10 minutes my game would freeze for a few seconds then crash, and i would be left on my mac desktop screen looking at an infuriating bug splat report. I've tried everything to fix it, I've repaired the game, uninstalled then reinstalled it, i updated my mac, i even tried completely repairing my mac to default and resetting all applications but once i reinstalled league it would start crashing again, I'm at my wits end i don't know what to do, pls help. this only started since the 5.14 update, i asked some of my friends who are also on macs and they have the same problem although 2 have had this problem before the update, i don't know what to do anymore. rito pls
