Hextech key
Hello guys,i have a little question...why not get the hextech keys? I played and nothing and premade but dont receive keys..why ?

They drop more often when you have chests available I've noticed. Also if you've been recently punished you won't be eligible to get them for a while.
I have like 12 chests available and 2 key frags winning games with a 5 man premade not getting shit...weird cuz i am pretty close to getting the skin from an omega squad teemo shard yet I can't seem to get a skin to disenchant for the essence nor can I get a key frag I've been trying since a week ago every day and rarely get key frags last month they were way easier to get
