Unable to Login in Because You May Be Offline

I've been having this problem and I know they created a fix for it via the riot folder but that doesn't work for me for what ever reason and im still unable to login. I don't know whether its the game or its my firewall or computer but i have check that its allowed through my firewall. I'd appreciate any help!
