Bugged Client ?

Can't seem to unlock a skin shard on one of my mains, cause I apparently don't own the champ, even all my champs appear locked

Also can't seem to access the shop at all and this error is on the screen :

( { "errorCode": "RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND", "httpStatus": 404, "message": "Invalid URI format" } ) then shows me error code 900 and kicks me out of the shop

Even the new mode is working fine, nothing wrong with augments too

Collection tab is basically : Zero champs/skins/chromas

Starting up a practice tool game shows me I have zero champ and it's blank. However starting a bots game seems fine, since all my champs appear. No matter how many times I restart the client, nothing changes.

Won't bother using full repair, cause I'd rather spend time in new event then wait for my client to repair itself and potentially(not guaranteed) fix the issue.
