The game has too many bugs and glitches that prevents me from playing

Recently, I have been experiencing an issue that prevents me from opening the league of legends client. It says "Error: Bad Image" and a whole long message about what isn't working. It happens very often and every time I have to go into the files to delete somethings, and launch from a different file. Now, I have encountered a bug where I can't get into the game. My screen is black, and says "failed to connect". I try pressing Retry, but I get the same issue, so I press cancel and then reconnect from the league client and when I get back into the black screen I get the error again. This goes on until my team remakes. I have now lost my rank that I have been working on for a long time, and have now quit the game due to constant 20 minute bans, and its gotten to the point that I literally can not get into game. I have spent around 200$ on League of Legends, but that is all going to waste since I can't play. I am quitting the game now, but wanted to mention this so that if Riot cares at all for their game, they might decide to actually do something.
