Issues with the client - slow response times?

A few strange things happened this morning:

1. Entered a bot game lobby and was not able to lock in a champion and was not able to save runes. Game was stuck there even after count down and all the other players entered the game normally. I had to close the client and restart. Authenticating took a long time when logging in. Once logged in, was able to play the game normally.

2. When the game ended was stuck on the "Skip waiting for stats" screen. Waited 5-10 minutes because I wanted to honour someone. But eventually slicked "Skipped waiting for stats".

3. Tried to enter a new bot game and receive a popup "Something unexpected happened while trying to create your lobby."

4. After about 10 minutes receive notification in the client that I had leveled up and rewards waiting.

Seems like there are issues with the client talking to the server?

I have checked my internet speed and it is fine, its actually faster than normal since it is so early in the morning.
