Champion Mastery Audio Bug

I have only encountered this bug once, but after exiting the match and receiving champion master level increase and then quickly exiting the match resulted in the audio of it tallying the points and then leveling up the mastery continuously played after exiting the lobby and entering the next game lobby. It persisted for about until I loaded into the next game.
