There is a bug that negatively impacts games

As i got into my game (i was in promo) i couldnt see any champions (i couldnt select what i was gonna play or what nor ban anything),i was third pick and it allowed me to go on even tho i hadnt banned,soo i was gonna try and click randomly just to select any champ and play it but it was in vain. I still got my lose,i wasnt the only one having this problem so please fix it as soon as posible
