LOL Esports rewards not working

Has anyone run into a problem with no rewards coming through when watching your chosen team, or even a random team, none of the rewards seems to activate, unaware of how to recreate it or a picture of it I could take as there is no obvious problem. I have tried opting out and back in but it does not fix the problem, did not see another thread about it. Is it something I'm doing wrong?
