Vel'Koz, Poro King Animations

In Legend of the Poro King Vel'Koz animations were not working for my team. We all got blue particles for most of his abilities, and our Lucian couldn't even see Vel'Koz's ultimate. The enemy team did not have any trouble with viewing Vel's animations. I do not know if this would replicate on any other map. Only had it occur in Poro King.

I was having the same issues with not seeing his ult, and his other abilities were just blue particles just like you said. Very annoying
