RECONNECT button appears after selecting champion in game loading step

I got a AFK ban for not playing, but is not my fault. I tried to fix it with the tool that it is provided but with no luck so far. Opened a ticket, reported a bug 3 times.... I hope it gets solved. The problem is after i select the champion then enter the loading game phase. Then the button RECONNECT appears, but it fails to reconnect to the game. This issue is available to all game modes, even TFT. So i gues is a server failure or client bug, i dont know for shure. Have anyone encounter the same problem recently? I have a good internet connection 95\100 from Riot testings. I am from Romania, EUNE. Never happend in 1 year, this is the first time. I hope it gets solved, i cant play anything, and my bann also pls remove, thank you !!!
