Broken Skarner ult [Gameplay]

Skarner's ult does not work on Zac. The ult goes on cool down does a little damage, he gets suppressed for .1 seconds? The ult will go on cool down, Items do not matter. Found this bug in a normal game then tested it in a custom game. The ult failed every time and we tried bout five times. I don't know if i am posting this right but i tried. =D GET OVER HERE!
