Can't purchase champs with IP, even though I have enough
When I enter the store, I am often unable to purchase champions, even though I have enough IP. When I can purchase them, the resulting IP number in the purchase box often displays a lower value than I actually have, suggesting that the actual IP value is not being correctly reported to the server, though it is visually correct in the client.
