Quinn auto attack animation and projectile, but no damage

example: You hit your e on teemo, fly back. Teemo is marked, you take the aa shot and goes back, to then find out that even with the anamation and projectile hitting the target(teemo) and even showing animation for hit, did no damage. turns around to hit again(the mark still isnt removed) goes back, since you dont wanna get hit too much. See the same thing. animation of the projectile hitting, but still no damage. you just lost 60% health and you did 2% with your e, but never got damage in from your aa (THAT IS QUINN'S MAIN DAMAGE!!!). it did not happen once or twice in one game no. in the last game i played before writing this it happened atleast 15 times. i lost my lane and game for that. it happen games before that aswell, but thought it was something i could figure out and workout to avoid (like maybe canceling my aa or something), but no, it could happen even if i stood completely still sometimes. I would give you a video of it, but i can see this bug have been there for 4 years!!!!!! and you do nothing to fix it. And theres no certain way you have to do to make it happen, it just do it sometimes. apparently if u got low attack speed, through some other tweets of this bug. Fix this problem because im done playing quinn till that is fix. i have lost 2 games because of that **** happening. damn you have ruined lol so much. stop making skins and fix the 4 year old bug that still exsist.
