Skins Not Applying to Champions, smite art looks off

1. I've noticed that my skin is not applying to my champion. It's not a major issue, but it is annoying; sometimes I'll be in game and I don't recognize my champ at first. I have asked teammates and there are other people having the same issue. Some say you have to take the skin off, then reapply it and it usually will work. I've been using Popstar Ahri since I got it and this is the first time it has happened to me.

2. After matchmaking has found a match and we're on the loading screen, the art for smite looks blurry compared to all the other summoner spell art. Again, this isn't a huge issue. It may just be my computer. I tried to take a screen shot however it did not register.

3. Lastly (and this isn't a bug but more of an idea I would like to just tack on to this post) I think that with the honor system/score people who have similar honor scores should be match with people of the same score. It might help weed out all the toxic plays, because we all know there are some real jerks on this game. We all can rage from time to time and say stuff we shouldn't, but I don't want to play with people who are nasty from the very beginning of the game to the end of the game. I want to play with more people like myself, people who are honorable opponents, friendly, and posses good team work skills.
