Game Win/Lose count resest to 0 for Dominion

So recently I noticed that my win/lose count for The Crystal Scar (Dominion) was rest to 0. I checked the forums and the most that I could find was just to submit a ticket. I submitted the ticket and in the reply the Riot Employee suggest that I also post in the forum to bring light to the situation. So here I am. Below is my e-mail and response.

So I was looking through my profile and notices that my wins and lose count for Dominion was reset to 0. I thought maybe it was a bug so i played a dominion and it showed 1 win 0 lose. I restarted my client 1 win 0 lose. Can you please fix this for me.

I really hope this helps anyone else having the same issue.

According to my match history my last dominion game played was 10/12/15 ( http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA/34638493?map=8 )

I just received another reply from another Riot employee stating that with the new season all of my dominion wills will have reset. I checked every friend online as of 5 minutes ago (16 players) I was the only one affected by this "reset". Something about this doesn't seem right at all. I checked all the patch notes going back to 5.22, I didn't see any mention of this kind of reset.

Actually, this isn't a bug. When the new season started, all your dominion lose and win counts will have a reset too.

I hope this mitigates your confusion. Please don't hesitate to be back here if you have other concerns.

When was the last time you played Dominion match before that one win? Two of my alts that I haven't really touched in months/years have the same issue, but not my main. Another guy said he had the same issue after coming back from a hiatus.

my wins reset as well, and i played a new game, and it didnt unbug, got 1 win and 0 loss.

I just find it odd that one Ticket says its a bug, then another says its not, then a 3rd says it is. My first few replies from Riot have been within a reasonable response period. Like I said before, I promptly submitted the information for the 3rd request including screen shots of proof of dominion games and there hasn't been a response since. I'll still keep you guys updated as soon as they reply

I am sorry for the confusion. I would like to inform you that only the Rank stats were reset when the new season started. Since Dominion is not part of the Rank queue, this shouldn't be affected.

Can you please provide me a screenshot of the issue? You can obtain a screenshot out-of-game through the following steps:

There was one other bug post about this that I saw. No solution.
