Twisted Fate Pick-A-Card Text Issue

Sorry for the poor quality, the picture was taken and uploaded with my phone.

Instead of a 30% slow (which is displayed while Pick-A-Card isn't activated), it will show that it is '-3000%' slow by the red card when any card seems to be selected. It would happen every time it was activated. Not a big issue because nobody would seem to be going the speed of light when they would get hit by it, anyhow.

(EDIT: I just realized that it also says "for 0 seconds", so that's also another thing.)
