[GAMPLAY] Kennen- Lightning Rush (E) does not work on Baron Nashor

When using Kennen's Lightning rush (E) on Baron, damage and marks are not applied. He also do not seem to be ghosted in this form against baron.

1. Stand as close to baron as possible.
2. Activate Lightning Rush 3.attempt to move through Baron Conlusion Kennen will path around Baron instead damage nor marks will be applied.

This has happened in all my games as Kennen.

On a side note and as a quality of life change. Could we consider removing casting time on kennen's other spells when in lightning rush form. Even if its just the ultimate and w I believe it will provide healthier game play to the character with out being overbearing. At the moment kennen stops moving when casting spells while in this form. This is wasteful of the movement speed needed to get in position to tag opponents with Lightning rushes hit box.
