Client randomly freezing during champ select

I'm confused as to why my client is constantly freezing at first it was telling me to update client so I did I have been trying for 4 hours now to fix this next issue it is having when I get into champ select at 27 secs into the first person banning a champion it freezers and I have to force shut it down as it never comes right it has done this now 4 times and I am beyond annoyed any help would be appreciated thanks :)
