[GAMEPLAY] Xayah Clean Cuts cannot damage Barrels, Tentacles

I just played an Aram as Xayah. The enemy team had Gangplank and Illaoi. Whenever my passive 'Clean Cuts' was active, my basic attacks would miss and not damage Barrels or Tentacles, but it would spend one of my passive feather stacks. I was able to reproduce this bug for the entire game. There were no champions with Blind effects in the game. This bug is certainly gamebreaking as I could not fight back against the Illaoi or Gangplank.
