Hecarim Bug

I played today i ranked. I wanted to play Kennen, but he was banned from the enemy team so I played Xerath. Our enemy team had a Hecarim, I hate this champ but since this game more then yet. And in this game I found a bug. Hecarim cant get stuned by my e. I did it more than 10 times, everytime he charged I can't stun him. (Not the whole time, but everytime I wanted stun him he charged and didnt got stuned.) Please prepare the game end fix this bug. Thx.

during e animation or ult animation he cant be stunned. hes stunned after the animation when the stun is long enough though. doesnt seem like a bug to me
