Blue Buff reset (Gameplay)

While Playing malphite jgl with shamrock malphite with an Drageon Slayer Riven toplane making the topside blue buff at lvl 1 with riven the buff resetet himself after that I wasnt able to kill it cause He lost agro the whole time only riven was able to kill him.
