getting doubble billed for purchases

hello i jsut bought rp and got the new garen skin i had 1505 after i purchased the rp then i bought him the screen said i would have 755 left i purchased it and now i have only 5 rp left i felt like this happened before but i wasnt certain please help me i am 100% certain i was jsut doubble billed just now
