(CRASH)(Could also be a client issue, I don't know the specifics) Installer will only install 1 part

Quick Mention: This is for Mac only, most likely anyway. So when patch 7.10 came out the patcher almost installed the patch but then crashed. I then decided this gives me a good reason the completely re-install LOL since my system was messy, I cleaned it up btw. So i follow the guidelines for installing lol again, I do everything properly and I open up the client which begins to install things, first of which being upgrading the client. Then it finished really fast and I launched. The client then popped out and didnt come back, aka a crash. I tried to install again and, I now noticed the installer said it was only installing "part 1/1" which means it was only upgrading the client. I know it should say "part 1/2" because that's how it was when I first got the game. Any explanation on what's wrong would be GREATLY appreciated as I have tried multiple things.

And rioters just in case your wondering. THIS PATCH OCCURS EVERY TIME I TRY TO INSTALL LOL NOW.

Pls Help Riot, If 100 Million can install the game easy, why can't I after patch 7.10?
