In-Game Cursor Bug?

Hi Riot or whoever may read this,

Recently, when I played a game there seemed to be a weird glitch for my game, and I assure you that this glitch is definitely not fake. Since in every game mode, or even if I tried to play a different champion the same glitch would happen. Basically, the glitch makes my cursor go all funky when I click the bottom third of my screen and sends the cursor to the top of my screen. Making it nearly impossible to hit skill shots or even move in general.

Please whoever is reading this, help me fix this bug.

In case this has something to do with it... I use a MacBook Pro that has Mojave on it.
