I stopped playing league for a few weeks and now on this patch I can never enter game for more than a few seconds. Is the cause my computer or the application, and what steps can I take to fix it?

EndlessSorcerer1 votesIIRC, it will still be active even if you aren't signed in to the Xbox Game Bar.
This is what solved the issue for me when my computer was freezing after loading into a game and it was recommended by Porocles in Help and Support.
