Ranked 3s client bug

After every game of ranked 3s I have to restart my client to invite my team to another lobby.

After the game I press play again and it asks me to invite my teammates again who do not show up on my team list. After I close the screen and just look at the lobby screen it says they are both in the lobby but in actuality are not and from there I have to restart the client. Nothing other than restarting the client has worked.
