Elemental dragons are bugged

For some reason dragons got bugged. From screenshot you can see that in total there were 6 dragon killed but the fifth dragon for our team wasn't a elder dragon instead was mountain drake does not show for some reason elder dragon has it's own icon.Order in which dragons were killed was Cloud(by me)>Ocean(by enemy)>Mountain(by me)>Ocean(by me)>Mountain(by me)>Mountain(by me), Summoners rift transformed into Mountain rift after second dragon died and after i killed our fifth dragon we got the Mountain dragon soul buff.I could not download the replay because game got updated to patch 9.24. please fix this.
