Cleanse Doesn't Remove Sejuani Ulti

Apologies in advance for the trolly donation message, bug happened at a very inconvenient time.

Basically cleanse didn't remove Sej ulti, even though it's a stun. You can hear the player spamming the cleanse key but cleanse doesn't occur until AFTER the stun expires. Happened a couple of times during that game.
