Leuge not working for the past week different bugs and client truble

I can't login and I've been having trouble with lag for the past week. The computer is fine the ping is great and the game just won't work like it should. It takes about 10 minutes to log in sometimes it doesn't even happen. When i get in the client I can't create a lobby I get to the selection but then it freezes. I can chat that works normally but I can't see or accept any invites to games. I can't see loot or open the shop. If I'm lucky and I manage to open the loby and get into a game then I get packet loss in game and I can't play normally because of that. It's been a week. Riot pleases fix something.

When it first happened last week I first thought it was my fault. I logged out of the game and got back in. still had packet loss. Then I restarted my computer. then I tried the ultimate fix in the client itself before you login. Then I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again about 3 times. Didn't fix anything. I have been playing this game for years and I wish that after a week of truble and waiting there would at least be some change or improvement.
