[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Q, R, Recall stops working bug.

This is 3rd time bug has cost me wins. -Zhonyas is not a trigger, the 3rd time it happened to me I did not have Zhonyas. -Seems to happen after a team fight, where I wipe enemies and come out alive. Multi kill may have something to do with it, maybe kat's passive is a part of it?

-switching to normal cast does not fix. -switching to normal cast then back to smart cast does not fix. -rebinding keys did not work for me. -Dieing fixed it in the 3rd game it happened to me. But it was too late =(.

This has cost me much too much.
