Health Bug on Syndra

I was watching a Pobelter stream and he was playing Syndra. After he respawned, his healthbar showed full, but the number showed 0/1438.

It isn't a game breaking bug, just something cool that happened. Either way, should get fixed up. Probably super simple.

It Not only on syndra if you watched NB3 Last Skarner Video you can see in part of game it says it has 0 hp but he is full hp.

This bug happens randomly to any champion.
