Firewall Drop Ranked Loss no loss prevented

The game wouldn't let me in. It kept saying Firewall, and I turned my firewall off, still didn't fix it, and I reset my computer still didn't fix it. It finally let me in for the last 2 minutes of the game as we lost. It didn't give me a loss prevented, It just gave me a loss and leaver buster got mad at me. I don;t know if you help out the little people or if you care Riot but that's screwed up. PLease at least reverse the loss.
