Black Screen After During Match Loading Screen

Okay, so I am getting insanely tired of this bull crap that is going on with this client. Riot you NEED to fix this crap. I've been patient and it's wearing very thin. You NEED to fix this client and fix my so called "LeaverBuster". Do you know how annoying it is to wait 10 mins before you get into the actual queue for a total of 5 games which adds up to 50 mins of nonsense time wasting waiting? On top of that, the client crash is not my problem but I am instead penalized for the BS I've been dealing with. This has happened to me SEVERAL times I need to speak to some moderator or whoever is able to solve this BS freaking problem. Thank you.
