Cant download the game

I am trying to redownload the game because of a bug with the game that made me log out of the game as soon as i logged in but when I am downloading it it is from "2016_11_10" and when I install that it is an outdated client. It is the old client and it can't hook up to the servers. Please help me get a updated installer so that I can keep playing the game I love. <3*[slayer-jinx-wink]*
